Businessman in court for allegedly threatening to shoot a security guard

A Nairobi businessman has been charged with threatening to kill a security guard.

Kevin Obia is accused of threatening to Yohana Imbwaka who guards the Vue Claire Place along Siaya road.

The accused is alleged to have committed the offence on 16th March this year at Kileleshwa, Nairobi.

Obia was also charged that on the same date and place, while carrying a firearm make Sig Saucer, became disorderly by removing the firearm and pointing it to the said Security guard.

The businessman denied the charges before Principal Magistrate Peter Ooko.
He was granted a bond of Sh 1 million or a cash bail of Sh 500,000.
