JKUAT students charged with conspiracy to defraud NCBA sh 190 million

Two Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology students have been charged with conspiracy to defraud NCBA bank over Sh 190M.

Anthony Nginge and Ann Wambui Nyoike are alleged to have committed the offence on 20th October 2020 at an unknown place within Kenya.

The two are also accused of stealing Sh 25,400,000, the property of said bank.

The two are alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between 20th and 22nd October at NCBA bank head office in Upperhill, Nairobi county jointly with others not before.

The two denied committing the offences before Resident Magistrate Muthoni Nzibe Njagi.

They were granted a bond of Sh 2 million or pay a cash bail of Sh 500,000 each. The case will be mentioned on 10th November 2020.
