A man has been charged in a Nairobi court with conspiracy to defraud land valued at Sh 15 million.
Waweru Mbugua is accuses of conspiring with others not before court to defraud George Njogu Ng’ang’a his parcel of land by falsely selling it.
The land No. Ruiru East/Juja East block 2/1141 measures 1.300 hectares.
Mbugua who hails from Githunguri is alleged to have committed the offense on 11th December 2013 in Kiambu County.
He denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi and was granted bail.
