Nairobi Businessman Michael Musyoki Mwananzivo charged with faking a court order

Nairobi businessman Michael Musyoki Mwananzivo has been arraigned in court and charged with forging a court order from the Environment and Land division court.

Mwananzivo is charged with uttering a false document (court order).

The accused is alleged to have fraudulently uttered a forged court order civil suit No 279/2017 to Mathews Mangira (SSP) Officer commanding Embakasi Police division purporting to be a genuine and valid court order from Environment and Land division of high court at Milimani Law courts.

Mwananzivo is alleged to have committed the offence on June 2nd 2017 at Embakasi police division Headqurters.

The accused denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Martha Mutuku.

He was released on a bond of Sh 100,000. The case will be heard on July 7th September
