NASA wants Davis Chirchir and Safaricom staff prosecuted

National Super Alliance (NASA) now wants the DPP to prosecute several Safaricom Staff and Jubilee chief Agent Davis Chirchir for election offences.

They want Safaricom to be prohibited from participating in the coming presidential elections scheduled for 26th October 2017.
In a letter addressed to the DPP, NASA through lawyer Anthony Oluoch claim that not only did Chirchir and Safaricom commit criminal offences but also but also aided and abetted the commission of offences under the Elections Act, Elections offences Act, public procurement Act, penal code and breaches of the constitution.
Some of the Safaricom employees the opposition want charged include:
Thibaud Rerolle (French National, Director Technical and IT Safaricom)
Anthony Gacanja(Head of Technology security, Safaricom)
Shaka Kwach(Head of special projects in charge  of elections, Safaricom)
Robert Mutai(Head of technology strategy, assurance and governance Safaricom)
Farouk Gaffour (Head of network and device operations, Safaricom)
Andrew Masila (Senior manager, strategy and architecture,Safaricom)
NASA wants the above named persons charged with knowingly or intentionally concealing and or intentionally causing another to conceal or alter any computer source used for a computer, computer program, computer system or computer network contrary to the Elections offences Act.
They also want them charged with altering or interfering with the functioning of a computer contrary to the Elections offences Act and conspiracy to commit a felony.
The opposition wants Chirchir charged with knowingly input, alter or delete computer data contrary to the Elections Offences Act, accessing IEBC computer system without authorization among others.
