Former mungiki leader Maina Njenga has moved to court to challenge the decision by Jubilee Party and IEBC to bar him from vying for Laikipia County Senatorial seat in the upcoming general elections. Njenga want the political parties tribunal to issue temporary orders barrying jubilee party and IEBC from doing anything prejudicial regarding his nomination papers in respect to that seat.
