A private investigator who was being sought by the DCI has been charged in a Nairobi court threatening to Kill.
Jane Mugo, the chief executive of Trimo Security Limited is facing two counts of threatening to kill.
The court heard that the accused unlawfully drew a gun and treatened to kill one Deepa Shah.
She is alleged to have committed the offence on 4th February 2019 at Kyuna close within spring valley in Gigiri sub county, Nairobi.
The PI is further charged with threatening to kill one Patrick Mugusia Kefa on 15th August this year at Muthaiga in Starehe sub county in Nairobi.
She denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi who granted her a cash bail of Sh 300,000 or a bond of Sh 500,000.
The case to be mentioned on September 30.
