Three charged with impersonating Parliamentary Service Commission employee

Three men have been charged with impersonating an employee of the Parliamentary Service Commission.

Richard Aminga Okinyi, Shadrack Bwonda Okinyi and Joshua Misiani Nimrod are accused of impersonating Captain Peter Isaboke Nyareru, employed by the PSC , which they knew they were not.

The three are alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between April 2018 and November 2020 in Kisii County within Kenya, jointly with others not before court.

The denied the charges before Senior Resident Magistrate Jane Kamau and were granted bond of Sh 500,000 or alternatively a cash bail of Sh 200,000 each.
