The directors of Chedders Investment Limited have been charged wih stealing tyres worth Sh 3,544,000 from Mobi Tyres  & Autoserve Limited

Caroline Mumbi Njau and Gedion Kiprotich Rono Koech are accused of stealing 270 tyres of different sizes, make Nexen from Ogle Ali Musleh, the director of Mobi Tyres.

The two are alleged to have committed the offense between 6th October and 20th December 2018, in Nairobi.

They denied the charges before Principal Magistrate Geoffrey Onsarigo and were released on a cash bail of Sh 200,000 each.

The case will be mentioned on 12th May 2025 for pre-trial.
