Four men said to have assaulted man in Kileleshwa have been charged.

Collins Serut, Adams Kinyokye Serut, George Njoroge Mbugua and Stephen Mburu Muhia are accused of causing grievous harm to one Brian Cheruiyot Rop.

The four are alleged to have attacked the complainant on 19th  November 2024 along Mandera road in Kileleshwa, Nairobi.

They denied the charges before Principal Magistrate Rose Ndobi and were granted a xash bail of Sh 50,000 each.

The case will be mentioned on 9th March 2026 for pre-trial.
