An employee of Genghis Capital Limited has been with conspiracy to defraud the company over Sh 17 million.
Belinda Nyamoitha Mokua is accused of conspiring with others not before court to defraud Genghis Capital Sh 17,022,719.
Mokua is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between March and September 2023 at Genghis Capital Limited in Nairobi.
The accused is also charged with computer forgery. Mokua is accused of forging two electronic bond sale contracts on 23rd and 30th March respectively, at the company.
She denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Dolphina Alego and was released on bail.
