A man has been charged with stealing a lorry worth Sh 8 million.
Geoffrey Wacira Kagoto is accused of fraudulently converting to his own use motor vehicle Reg. No. KCE 364V lorry truck valued at Sh 8 million, the property of Daniel Leinyakh Gudere.
Kagoto is alleged to have committed the offense on 20th December 2019 in Kilimani, Nairobi.
He denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and was released on a cash bail of Sh 300,000.
