A PKF Kenya Kenya LLP employee, spouse and relative have been charged with conspiracy to steal over Sh 22 million from the firm.
Felix Wenda Onjor, Susan Joan Atieno Onjor and his wife Jackline Eva Olet are accused of conspiring to steal Sh 22,179,943.00 from PKF Kenya LLP.
It is alleged that the trio committed the offense on diverse dates between 1st January 2022 and 30th September 2024 at an unknown place within Nairobi.
Felix Onjor is also charged with stealing from his employer Sh 11,785,447 which got into his possession by virtue of his employment.
Anjor and Olet are charged with stealing Sh 1,782,166 and Sh 8,612,330 respectively from the audit firm.
They denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Geoffrey Onsarigo.
Felix Onjor was granted a bond of Sh 3 million with alternative cash bail of Sh 1 million.
The two women were granted a bond of Sh 2 million with alternative cash bail of Sh 500,000.
