Two charged with conspiracy to defraud Co-op Bank Sh 14 million

Two men have been charged before a Nairobi court with conspiracy to defraud Co-operative Bank Sh 14 million.

Julius Kibiwot Byama and Robert Kipchirchir Mosgei are alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between 2nd July and 13th August 2020 at an unknown place jointly with others that have already been charged before court.

The duo denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheroiyoit and were granted a bond of Sh 1 million each. alternatively, they can pay a cash bail of Sh 500,000 each to secure their freedom.
