A warrant of arrest has been issued against three directors of a company alleged to be behind the demolition of a house in Westlands, Nairobi.

Chief Magistrate Wendy Kagendo issued the warrant against Samuel Chepkwony, John Rotich and Joel Kiplangat, the directors of Lariak Properties Limited after they failed to appear in court to answer to robbery with violence charges.

The trio is accused of robbing the occupants of the property, Niraj Batuk Shah and Avani Niraj Shah on 4th November 2022.

They are alleged to have robbed electric appliances, Jewelries and assorted household goods and items worth Sh 18,097,000, property of the Shah family.
