A Nairobi woman has been charged with stealing Sh 6 million from a businessman.
Teresia Wanini Mwangi is accused of stealing Sh 6,015,115 from Zabron Kinyua Muriuki.
Mwangi is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between 23rd March 2023 and 4th September 2024 in Nairobi, jointly with others not before court.
The accused denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Robinson Ondieki.
The court granted her a bond of Sh 500,000 and one surety of a similar amount with alternative cash bail of Sh 200,000.
The case will mentioned on 23rd September 2024 for pre trial directions.
