A former Atlantis Life Science Limited employee has been charged with conspiracy to defraud the company property worth over Sh 15 million fraud.
Fred Okoth Otieno, a Technical Sales Representative, is accused of conspiring with others not before court to defraud Atlantis Life Science property worth Sh 15,113,961.
Otieno is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between 1st May, 2022 and the 6th June, 2024 within Mombasa Road in Nairobi.
The accused person is also charged with stealing goods Sh 700,000 from the company.
He denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Lukas Onyina and was granted a cash bail of Sh 400,000.
The case will be mentioned on 18th March to confirm supply of witness statements to the defense.
