Former Cabinet Secretary Raphael Tuju has said that his e-mail are full of tips from people after his move to table a dossier on the Supreme Court of Kenya (SCoK) judges to the EACC went viral.

Tuju appeared at the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) offices in Nairobi on Tuesday 25th March 2025 to present the dossier at EACC offices.

While addressing media outside Integrity Center, Tuju said that the information he received about the SCoK judges is so outrageous that he didn’t want to talk about it in the media.

“My e-mail address is full of cases of aggrieved Kenyans and I’ve just compiled them and given it to them and I’ll continue to do that because it is their responsibility to investigate,” he added.

However, Tuju said that he had given the EACC the said information and the Chairman David Oginde assured him that investigations would be conducted into the tabled allegations.

The former minister accuses the Supreme Court Judges of misconduct while handling his case against East African Development Bank.

He accused the judges of ruling in favour of the bank even after they (judges) recused themselves from the case.

Tuju refuted any claims that his move was political in any way and was grateful that EACC listened to his woes.

This is not the first time such complaints have been leveled against the judges of the superior court cour.

Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi and former LSK president Nelson Havi have accused the judges of incompetence and corruption.
