Three men have been charged in connection of theft of Gemstones worth over Sh 70 million in Nairobi.
Partrick Macharia Ngugi, Isaac Wanyoike and George Mutuku Mulatia are accused that on May 10,2019 at Loresho Kaumoni Estate in Westlands Nairobi stole assorted Gemstones worth Sh 76,170,362 the property of Mary Njambi Mwangi.
Wanyoike, a security guard to Mary Mwangi is also charged with neglect to prevent felony and stealing by servants.
He is alleged to have failed to use all reasonable cause to prevent the theft knowing that Kioko is stealing.
Mutuku is also charged with handling stolen guys to wit the assorted gemstones knowing or having reasons to believe them to be stolen.
They denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi and were granted cash bail ranging between Sh 300,000 and 1 million.
