Two charged with unlawfully obtaining registration a Sh 8.5M prado at NTSA

Two men have been charged with falsely obtaining registration of a  Sh 8.5 million Toyota Prado from a businessman.

Hassan Abdu Ibrahim and Mardey Hussein Abdinasir are accused of conspiring together to obtain registration of motor vehicle registration number KDN 113Z from Amar Osman Alkider.

In the second charge, Ibrahim is accused of wilfully registering the said Prado, jointly with others not before court.

The two are alleged to have committed the offenses on 23rd May 2024 at the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) offices in Nairobi.

They denied the charges before Principal Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe.

Each accused person was released on a cash bail of Sh 500,000 and provide two contact persons.
