Mass Lab Limited Director Tom Waiharo Njoroge has been charged with intermeddling with the property of a deceased person.
Njoroge is accuses of unilaterally transferring the assets of Mass Lab to Apex Projects Limited thus transferring the stake of Joseph Santet Ole Shoona (Deceased) without the consent of Lawrence Lein Shoona, Caroline Lipaso Shoona and Lois Shena Shoona, the administrators of the estate of the deceased.
The director is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between April 2021 and 29th October 2025, at ASK Grounds, Jamhuri Park, in Nairobi County.
The accused person is also charged with making false minutes of Mass Labs Ltd dated 6th December 2023, purporting them to be genuine and valid minutes for a meeting purportedly held on 6th December 2023.
In addition, Njoroge is charged with stealing the assets and property of Mass Labs valued at approximately Sh 25 million, which got into his possession by virtue of his position.
Njoroge is also facing charges of forgery and uttering false documents to Business Registration Services.
He denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Lukas Onyina and was released on a bond of Sh 500,000 plus one surety of a similar amount.
