A former employee of African Touch Safaris Limited has been charged with stealing flight tickets worth over Sh 4 million

Carolyne Wanjiru Munene is accused of stealing 21 flight tickets valued at Sh 4,127,820 from African Touch Safaris which got into her possession by virtue of her employment.

Munene is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between 12th November 2019 and 9th January 2020 at the company’s offices at ACK Garden House in Nairobi .

She denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Lukas Onyina and was released on a cash bail of Sh 500,000.
