The Managing Director of Achievo Company Limited has been charged with conspiracy to defraud Naivas supermarket over Sh 33 million.
Erick Kingori Macharia is accused of conspiuring jointly with others not before court to defraud the retail chain Sh 33,808,958.05 by virtue of his employment as the MD.

Macharia is alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between January 2016 and September 2020 in Nairobi county.
He denied the charges before Senior Resident Magistrate Zainab Abdul and was granted a bond of Sh 3 Million or pay a cash bail Sh 500,000 to secure his release.
