A business man has been charged with three counts of threatening to kill.
Ennocent Ochieng is accused of threatening to kill Guru Manku by uttering words “if you don’t pay my money by Friday you will see me”, withdrew a pistol and painted towards him.
The accused is also charged with threatening to kill Parminder Singh and Mary Akinyi in the same house.
Ochieng is alleged to have committed the offence on 13th November 2019 at Brookside drive in westlands.
He pleaded not guilty before principal magistrate Hellen Onkwany.
He was granted a bond of 500,000 plus one surety.
The case will be mentioned on 1st December and will be heard on 28th same 2019.
