High Court grants Nadhif Jama access to KIEMS kits

Former Carissa Governor Nathif Jama has been granted access to the KIEMS kits by the High Court.
High court judge Justice James Wakiaga granted them the read and copy access and preservation of election materials.
Justice Wakiaga also directed that the issue regarding the academic qualifications of Jama  to be heard this Friday.
The former governor is being accused of using fake academic papers during the election.
Jama who garnered 55,156 votes on a wiper ticket against Ali Korane who got 59,871 votes on a Jubilee ticket says that the elections were a sham and marred with massive irregularities.

Through lawyer Omwanza Ombati, Jama said that he was confident about winning the petition as the evidence they shall table before court will overturn governor Korere’s false victory.
