A man has been charged with practising as an engineer without a valid license.
Fedinarnd Wamalwa Wenani is accused of engaging in the practice of engineering by signing a document Ref: letter for acceptance of tender.
The accused is alleged to have committed the offence on 24th February 2018 at an unknown place in the Republic of Kenya.
The tender was for the supply of labour for construction of dormitory at Kamuriai secondary school as an engineer without a license from Engineers Board of Kenya.
The accused denied the charges before Senior Resident Magistrate David Ndungi and was released on a cash bail of Sh100, 000.
