A man has been charged with damaging a toilet rim and a mirror at Kenyatta International Conference Centre (KICC).
Zacharias Ayuel Que is accused of damaging the property valued at Sh 40,000 on 22nd December 2019 at KICC building.
Ayule is also charged with creating disturbance in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.
The accused is said to have created disturbance by shouting and calling one Felix Kimani stupid and threatening to stab him with a piece of mirror.
He denied the charges before Magistrate Rose Aganyo and was granted a bond of Sh 300,000 or a cash bail of Sh 100,000.
The case will be mentioned on 6th January 2020 for pre-trial and fixing of a hearing date.
