NASA has failed to file their response in a case file by Pokot South MP David Pkosing seeking orders stopping NASA leader Raila Odinga and his running Kalonzo Musyoka from boycotting the 26th October elections.
Justice Chacha Mwita who was hearing the petition heard that NASA, which is among the 13 respondents in the petition had not filed and served their response during the given time which elapsed on Thursday 12th.
