A Romanian national has been charged with rape contrary to section 3(1)(a)(b)(3) of the sexual offenses act.
Sloter Eugene is accused that on 10th July 2018 at Muguga apartments in Westlands in Nairobi County, intentionally and unlawfully penetrated the private parts of a woman without her consent.
Eugen further faced an alternative charge of committing an indecent act with an adult.
The court heard that on the same date, the accused intentionally touched the breasts and vagina with his p***s against her will.
Sloter denied the charges before Senior Resident Magistrate Helen Onkwani.
Through lawyer David Ayuo, he requested the court to grant him lenient bond terms saying he was not at flight risk.
The accused who also has a Kenyan ID was released on a bond of sh 600,000 and two Kenyan sureties of the same amount.
