Three charged with interfering with comm antennae at DCI HQ

Three men have been charged before a Nairobi court after their failed attempts to interfere with a communication antennae at Directorate of Criminal Investigations Headquarters.

Morris Otieno Ooko, Kimilu Martin Mwenze and Benard Ojiambo are accused of committing an act of mischief by interfering and fixing a communication transmitter antennae to the government antennae at DCI without authority.

The trio is alleged to have committed the offence on 8th June 2021 within jointly with others not before court.

They denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot and were granted a bond of Sh 1 million or a cash bail of Sh 300,000.
