A Nairobi businessman has been charged with kidnapping over a Sh 25 million car business.
Ali Dida Abakula is accused that on 13th February 2021 along Kiambu road in Nairobi, he, jointly with others not before court and with intent to cause Simon Waweru Njoroge to secretly and wrongfully be confined, kidnapped the said Njoroge.
Abakula denied the charges before Senior Resident Magistrate Jackline Kamau and was granted a bond of Sh 1,000,000 with alternative cash bail of Sh 500,000.
The matter allegedly involves a Sh 25 million car business which were to be received within 90 days after payments.
