A motorcycle rider has been charged with knocking down the Pangani police station OCS.
The court heard that on 19th April 2021, Patrick Anasta a rider of motorcycle KMFD 540U, without due care and attention of other road users, failed to stop after being stopped at the roadblock and knocked down Chief Inspector Samir Yunus, OCS Pangani. The event happened along Griffin Road, at Pangani traffic lights.
He is also charged with failing to carry a license and riding without a license.
He denied the charges before Resident Magistrate Jane Kamau court and was released on a cash bail of Sh 50,000.
