A Kenyan man has been charged with with sexually assaulting his two children while living in Texas, USA.
Anthony Kimamo Wachira is accused that on diverse dates between the year 2021 and June 2022 at unknown place in Texas USA, he intentionally and unlawfully touched the buttocks of a minor female aged 7 years using his hands.
The court also heard that on diverse dates between the year 2021 and June 2022 at unknown place in Texas, USA the accused intentionally and unlawfully touched the vagina and buttocks of a minor female aged 2 years using his hands.
Wachira denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and informed the court that issue arises from a children’s case which is currently ongoing.
The case will be mentioned on 21st February 2024
