A case filed by the National Super Alliance (NASA) contesting the deployment of the KDF in election violence hotspot areas has been referred to the Chief Justice to constitute a three-judge bench to hear the matter.
This comes after the opposition requested it to be heard by more than one judge due to the weighty legal issues raised in the petition.
