Two men have been charged with conspiracy to defraud Eco Bank Limited more than 68 million Shillings.
Martin Peter Munga and Justus Kidiga were charged that on 27th November 2017 at Eco Bank towers branch in Nairobi, conspired with others not before court to steal Sh 68,932,906.
Kidiga was further charged that on the same date and place, jointly with others not before court, stole Sh 3,309,327 property of the said bank.
The two denied the charges before Milimani courts Chief Magistrate Franco’s Andayi.
The prosecution requested the matter to mentioned next week in order to consolidate it with another already before court.
The two were granted a bind of Sh 1 million or alternative cash bail of Sh 500,000.
The case will be mentioned on 27th April 2018.
