Two Mogo Auto Limited agents have been charged with stealing Sh 9.8 million from their employer.
Lawrence Thuo Ndichu and Gedion Kiprono Boit are accused of stealing Sh 9,856,890 from Mogo which they had received for an account of Mogo Auto Limited.
The duo is alleged to have committed the offence between 13th August 2021 and 14th June 2022 In Eldoret Township, Uasin Gishu county.
Ndichu and Boit are also charged with conspiracy to defraud Mogo of the said money.
They denied the charges before Senior Resident Magistrate Zainab Abdul and were granted a bond of Sh 3 million with alternative cash bail of Sh 2 million.
