Mildred Mbehero Ivasha is accused of making a certificate of registration for Reg No. A02317 dated 14th March 2011 in her name.

She purported it to be a genuine certificate of registration from KMLTTB.

The accused is also charged with making an Annual Registration Renewal Certificate dated 31st December 2012 in her name.
