Two directors of Milestone Games Limited have been charged with inviting the members of public to use Sportpesa brand and Sportpesa website to bet without a license from the Betting Control and Licensing Board.
Director Wilson Ngatia Karungaru and operations Manager Bernard Chauro Matoke are also charged with inviting members of the public to use Sportpesa paybill numbers.

The two officials are alleged to have committed the offence on 30th October 2020
They denied the charges before Senior Principal Magistrate Derrick Kuto who granted them bonds of Sh 500,000 each or cash bail of Sh 100,000.
