Two men captured on video hanging on top of a moving vehicle have pleaded guilty to charges of riding in dangerous position.
Peter Igandwa Aggrey, 23, and Peleg Mosongo Monari, 20, are accused that on 20th April at about 1500 hrs along Mombasa Road within Nairobi County, being passengers of a motor vehicle KCX 959B Mercedes Benz, did ride dangerously by sitting on the door of the said motor vehicle.
The two pleaded guilty before Principal Magistrate Martha Nanzushi.
Aggrey and Monari will remain in custody until Monday 29th April pending a probation officer’s report which will assist the court in sentencing them.
