The director of Ultimate Platinum Cars Limited in Nairobi may be charged with stealing Sh 1.5 million from a client should he fail to settle the matter with the complainant.
Ayub Abdul Gaffar Kadernani is accused of stealing the money from John Mwangi Munyiri on diverse dates between 22nd June and 23rd June 2023 in Westlands, Nairobi County, jomtly with another not before court.
Kadernani is also accused of conspiring with another commit the offense of stealing the said money which was proceeds realized from the sale of motor vehicle registration No. KCT 755V make Subaru Outback, the property of Munyiri.
Chief Magistrate Susan Shitubi directed that the matter be mentioned on Monday 6th May, 2024.
