A man has been charged in Nairobi with threatening to kill his former boss.
Ibrahim Isaac Hussein alias Lyk Shidi is accused of threatening to kill Mohamed Ali Osman by chopping off his head and later dump it at Ngong Forest.
Hussein is alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between 5th September and 28th December 2018 in Nairobi, without lawful excuse.
He denied the charge before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi and released on a cash bail of Sh 200,000.
According to the police, Hussein claimed that Osman owed him money. However, Osman claims he already paid him his money.
The accused is alleged to have gone on to post on his Facebook account that the complainant was a conman.
The case will be mentioned on 4th March and will be heard on 2nd April 2019.
